EV Charge Locator — Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your EV Charge Locator account.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open EV Charge Locator and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Under Account management, tap Permanently delete account.
4. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you can't use the app, email support@evchargelocator.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account deletion request."

Please only include the email address associated with your account. Please do not send us your password, any authentication token or API key, payment information, or identity documents. EV Charge Locator uses passwordless email sign-in, so there is no password to provide.

What gets deleted

• Your authentication account
• Your account profile
• Your saved vehicle(s)
• Your favorites

What may take a little longer

Once processed, your account and the data above are removed from EV Charge Locator. Routine backups or security logs kept by our service providers may remain for a limited period afterward, in accordance with their own retention practices.

Charging-station data is public infrastructure information, not personal data about you, and is unaffected by your account deletion.
